If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange, the choice is yours. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item(s) and returned to us within 45 days. Once we receive your item(s), please allow 2-3 Business Days for your return to be processed. Email us at email@example.com for your exchange/refund form.
- Item(s) must be in their original condition with all tags attached. They must not be used, washed or soiled and damaged in any way (this includes makeup stains and/or traces of perfume, deodorant or body odour).
- In the event a return does not meet the set standards, zenbody reserves the right to reject the return.
- Postage is not reimbursed. Refunds are issued on the purchase price only.
- We cannot guarantee sizes or styles will be available when exchanging items, if this is the case we will provide a full refund for the item(s).
- All Gift Card sales are final, we do not refund the value of Gift Cards.
- Refunds are not offered on items marked as final sale.
COST OF RETURNS
The freight cost for change of mind returns will be at your expense and the goods are your responsibility until they reach our office. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. zenbody is not responsible for any item lost in transit.

If you have received an item you believe to be faulty, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to provide details on your faulty item, and supporting photos. Refunds and replacements will be issued for manufacturing faults, but not general wear and tear. It remains at the discretion of zenbody whether the item will be accepted.
In the circumstance the garment is deemed faulty:
- We will issue a replacement of this style with a return parcel for the faulty item to be returned to us.
- If the faulty item is no longer in stock, we will issue you a full refund or credit note of the full amount to use towards another item.
